style, 14 rows deep on 15 " risers separated
by two stepped aisles from the main transverse aisle
or "promenade". Seating configuration
mirrors the semi-thrust shape of the stage.
There are box seat locations on
both sides of the house.
Maximum distance from stage is less
than 45 feet.
Handicapped accessible.
Accommodations for one wheelchair patron.
Infra-red assisted listening system available.
House lighting powered via 100A panel
and programmable electronic dimming system. Control
located in control booth House Right.
The theatre is fully sprinklered.
Standpipe connections on all levels. Fire Alarm

Stage Deck:
Upstage ( permanent ) construction:
Cross-braced knee walls running left to right .
2 X 4 framed knee walls with double layer of 3/4
" plywood and triple layer of 1/4 "
mesonite . Crawl space for cable runs under the
stage approximately 41 " high and 36 "
wide. Access from both side of the stage and from
downstage area.
Downstage ( removable ) construction:
Platforms of various shapes and sizes, most 4 '
X 8 ' near center; constructed of 2 X 6 frames
topped with single layer of 3/4" plywood and
double layer of 1/4 " mesonite. Supported
by steel frame leg structure bolted together and
to the permanent upstage portion of the stage. With
platforms removed, there is a clear height from
the floor to the stage level of 69 ".

Fire Safety
- Fire alarm system emergency control
panel located in Dimmer Room. Ionization type smoke
detectors used in Air Conditioning ducts above the
stage.

1.) STAGE RIGHT:
Single room with adjacent seating
/ office area for featured performer located off-stage
right with adjacent bathroom with shower. Isolated
area with direct access to entrance stage right
and to Lobby. Can also be used as Stage Management
Office, Props, Wardrobe/ Quick Change area. 2 telephone
jacks installed. Air conditioned.
2.) STAGE LEFT :
3 rooms located one, two, and three
floors above street level.
Second
Floor : 2 rooms with sink in common
area and shower on this level.
Larger room has 10 stations with
individual mirrors with vanity lights, one telephone
jack, and air conditioning. Windows to 76th St.
Smaller room has 7 stations with
individual mirrors with vanity lights, two telephone
jacks, and air conditioning. This room can also
be used as a Stage Management Office.
Third
Floor : One large room with Men's
and Ladies restrooms on this level.
Large room has 11 stations with individual
mirrors with vanity lights, one telephone jack,
and air conditioning. Windows to 76th St. . Restrooms
on this level.
Fourth
Floor : Wardrobe room with laundry facilities.
Washer, vented dryer, sewing machine, iron, ironing
board, and steamer. Work table for laundry. Eight
stations with individual mirrors with vanity lights.
Separate full bathroom with tub and shower. Air
conditioned.
Load-in facilities (stage
level is 5 ' - 6 " above street level):
Load- in from 76th St. Hallway from
street to Green Room. Smallest opening is doorway
from Hallway to Green Room at 34 -1/2 " wide
X 80 -1/4 " high. Direct access to stagehouse
at downstage left via opening of 49 - 1/2 "
wide and 84 " high. Portions of the front row,
seats and flooring, as well as portions of the stage
can be removed in order to accommodate the installation
of large scenery pieces. SITE SURVEY OF LOAD-IN PATH
BEFORE CONSTRUCTION OF SCENIC ELEMENTS HIGHLY
RECCOMENDED !!!!!
